Valeo ClimFill Fully Automatic Air Conditioning Machine

The ClimFill is a fully automatic system that allows you to plug into a vehicle and then leave it while you do another job. It comes with a high performance vaccum pump and compressor that is capable of 180 litres per minute. The system is simple to use and is suitable for cars, LCV's and HGV's.

The station has intergrated diagnostic software with 3900 vehicle's information of what oil and gas types with quantity is required. This is all displayed on a large, easy to read LCD display and with the built in printer a detailed report can be made for the customer.

The unit will be delivered on site and is ready to use and you will get full training on the station. The pakcage comes with a 12 month warranty and use of the technical support with no extra cost. New Legislation Truck Mirrors
From the 31st of March 2009 trucks over 3.5 tonnes and registered after 1st of January 2000 need to be fitted with new wide angled mirrors and kerb mirrors to comply with the new legislation. We can supply specific fit for vehicle mirrors or universal mirrors so call for prices.

Type Approved Catalysts
European On Board Diagnostics (EOBD) is a system that electronically monitors, records and displays emission related faults. EOBD is compulsory on all petrol engined vehicles built since 2001 and all diesel engines built since 2004. They typically use two lambda sensors per catalyst to monitor emission performance.

New exhaust catalyst legislation is due to come into effect on January 1st 2009. Type Approval (TA) is a European wide manufacturing standard that demands OE matching quality and performance for replacement catalysts. A TA replacement cat has to meet, or exceed, OE standards for emission control and back pressure with no detriment to vehicle performance or fuel consumption.

Cheaper, non approved cats may not meet these standards of quality and performance and could be incompatible with EOBD. They may trigger the emissions warning light again even though it is a brand new cat. So how do you know that you have a type approved cat?
The new legislation demands that the unique approval code is roll stamped into the body of the cat, an adhesive label is not proof of type approval. Dont forget to check the replacement intervals on the lambda sensors as some need changing every 30,000 miles!
